Manuel Padilla is a creative leader with over a decade of experience driving innovation at the intersection of design, marketing, and technology. A Silicon Valley native, Manuel joined Silicon Valley Disposition (SVD) in 2012 and has since played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s marketing strategy, brand presence, and product development.
At SVD, Manuel has applied his deep expertise in design thinking, graphic design, and front-end development to craft compelling campaigns that supported some of the largest disposition projects in the company’s history. His contributions have significantly enhanced campaign effectiveness, fueling measurable monthly growth and reinforcing SVD’s position as a market leader.
As the head of SVD Studios, Manuel oversees SVD’s auction marketing campaigns, consistently delivering high-impact visuals and messaging that drive audience engagement and conversion. He also serves as the lead designer and front-end developer for SVD’s proprietary platform, Surplus Asset Manager (SAM), where he helped conceptualize and launch innovative digital tools that streamline client engagement and elevate the user experience.
In addition to marketing leadership, Manuel plays a key role in SVD’s product development initiatives, bringing together design, code, and market analysis to drive strategic enhancements. His ability to merge creative vision with technical precision has made him a driving force behind SVD’s digital transformation and continued growth.
Manuel is a graduate of San José State University. He currently resides in the Bay Area, where he continues to bring an innovative, forward-thinking perspective to SVD’s evolving brand and product ecosystem.
